The film The Last Push is about a tragedy that occurs on a spacecraft heading to explore life on Europa. Lance Henriksen plays Walter Moffitt, the eccentric billionaire that financed the mission.

You can find out more about the film at the official site. The film will be initially screened in Los Angeles this fall and is due for release, early next year (2011).

The Last Push is finally premiering in Los Angeles on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 9pm at the Laemmle in Santa Monica, headlining the IFS Film Festival. The film won awards for BEST PICTURE and BEST ACTOR. Audiences loved it in the Boston Science Fiction Film Festival last month where we won BEST SPACE FILM and BEST ACTOR.
